You can list a wide variety of construction-related items, including:

Every listing must have the following:

  • A completed Inventory Submission Sheet, which includes:
    • A detailed product description per Inventory Submission Sheet
    • Asking price or starting price
    • Cut sheets for each item
    • Pickup location
    • Contact Information

Optional: Integrations available for high-volume organizations

Please note: Incomplete listings will be returned for re-submittal.

  • Equipment must be new in box or functionally tested
  • Materials must be hazard-free and compliant with safety standards
  • All items should be securely stored in weather-protected conditions

Random audits are conducted to ensure platform quality and safety compliance.

Sellers receive real-time notifications and must respond within 5 business days.

Yes, here’s the breakdown:

  • 12% Commission per item sold
  • Optional 3% Promotional Boost for premium listing exposure
  • Standard payment processing fees apply

How much will I earn?
You’ll receive 85–88% of the final sale price (post-fees).
Payments are sent to you within 30 days of buyers funds clearing.

  • White-Glove Delivery: Available for sensitive equipment
  • Local Pickup: Offered by some sellers

Shipping costs are not calculated in real time at checkout. Instead, we provide an estimated shipping range based on item type, size, and destination.

After your order is placed, our team will confirm the actual shipping cost and send you a followup invoice. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges, which are due upon receipt of the invoice.

We work with trusted carriers to secure competitive rates, and we’ll always share the final cost with you before shipment.
